Volunteer Group Profile: KIPP Academy

KIPP Star Charter School has been volunteering with Citymeals-on-Wheels since 2007. The school provides approximately 15 volunteers who lend a hand at several senior centers throughout New York City.

KIPP STAR’s mission is to ensure “students develop the knowledge, academic skills, and character traits necessary to succeed in top-quality high schools, colleges, and the competitive world beyond.”
