Volunteer Viewpoint: Geoff Schwartz

For the past four years, I have enjoyed delivering meals on Saturdays from Encore Senior Center to the homebound elderly in my neighborhood, Midtown West. It is an extremely gratifying experience as it puts me in touch with my community and reminds me of what is important in life. I have gotten to know many of the people whom I deliver to and I feel fortunate to have touched their lives in a positive way.
