Next Steps

1 - Once you have called Citymeals-on-Wheels, we will connect you to the local meal provider serving meals in your community.

2 - Your call to the local meal provider will initiate the process of getting meals which begins with an interview, or assessment, with a case manager.

3 - Shortly after making contact with the meal provider, this assessment will take place in the home of the older person applying for home-delivered meals.

4 - Once eligibility has been approved, meals will begin arriving. This process should not take more than a couple of weeks.
