Next Steps
1 – Once you have called Citymeals-on-Wheels, we will connect you to the case management agency serving meals in your community.
2 – Your call to the case management agency will initiate the process of getting meals which begins with an interview, or assessment, with a case manager.
3 – Shortly after making contact with the case management agency, this assessment will take place in the home of the older person applying for home-delivered meals.
4 – Once eligibility has been approved, meals will begin arriving. This process should not take more than a couple of weeks.
